Corporatisation and Structural Change in Professional Services

One of my long standing interests is the way in which the combination of regulatory, technological and market change can lead to significant industry change, in turn feeding back into further change in regulation, technology and markets.

I mention this because I am just starting a series of posts on the Ndarala blog Managing the Professional Services Firm looking at corporatisation and structural change in professional services.

This is an important topic because the change process poses major challenges for the way professions work as professions, as well as for the management of professional services firms themselves.
