I was right, but about the wrong person. At some stage I predicted that IF Bill Shorten got knifed, and Abbott was still in place, Bill would have been muttering things about a drover's dog. Now Tony Abbott is looking at Bill Shorten's polls and declaring that anyone, including himself, would win against Shorten.

I'd suggest that the truth is that anyone, EXCEPT himself, could win against Shorten.
